Capt. Jesse B. Martinez, Master Mariner, President, instructor and assessor is the main-man of Global Training Systems-Phils., Inc. He boarded his first ship in 1971 and signed-off from his last vessel in the year 2000. He served as Chief Officer for 8 years and in command as Master Mariner for 9 years. Additionally, he is also a holder of 6 Harbor Pilot licenses.

Global Training Systems-Philippines, Inc. likewise assists in developing and conducting training programmes to companies for their special courses and in-house training requirements.
